Terms & Conditions of Service

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding contract between you ("User") and S3KN Software Solutions Private Limited ("S3KN", "we"), governing your use of the GP MNREGA platform at www.gpmnrega.com. By registering or using GP MNREGA, you agree to these Terms.

Description of Service

GP MNREGA assists Karnataka Gram Panchayat officers to generate MGNREGA work reports including Cover Page, Work Order, Work Completion, Checklist, Form 6 (Work Application), Form 8 (Work Allocation / NMR), Form 9 (Attendance Notice), Muster Roll Movement, Cashbooks, and Registers.

The platform retrieves publicly available data from the MGNREGA portal and combines it with user-provided inputs. No NIC data is modified or misrepresented.

User Registration & Accounts

• Registration with a valid email and Panchayat Code is mandatory.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• One email address may be registered for one Panchayat only.
• Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Do not share your credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to register.
• S3KN may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Subscription, Pricing & Payments

• Pricing is in INR inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Pricing may change with 30 days advance notice. Existing subscribers retain benefits until their period ends.
• Payments processed through a third-party UPI gateway. S3KN does not store payment card or bank details.
• A subscription is tied to one email and one Panchayat — it cannot be transferred.

Trial Version

• All new users have full feature access in trial mode with a "TRIAL VERSION" watermark on PDFs.
• Trial mode has no time limit. Use it to fully evaluate before subscribing.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• If you experience a technical issue preventing service use, contact us — we may offer a subscription extension on a case-by-case basis.
• Duplicate charges: contact us within 7 days with proof.
• Cancellation stops future renewals but does not entitle a refund for the current period.

Acceptable Use Policy

You must not:

• Generate reports with false, fabricated, or misleading data.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the platform or its data.
• Use automated bots or scripts to access the platform without written permission.
• Share your login credentials with others.
• Use the platform in violation of the Information Technology Act, 2000 or the DPDP Act, 2023.
• Commercially redistribute reports without S3KN's written consent.

Use of MGNREGA Public Data

• GP MNREGA uses publicly available data from nrega.nic.in to populate report fields.
• This data is provided as-is. We do not guarantee its accuracy — it depends entirely on the NIC portal.
• Users are responsible for verifying reports before official submission or use.

Intellectual Property

• The GP MNREGA platform, code, design, and branding are the intellectual property of S3KN Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
• Government-prescribed report formats are public domain. S3KN's PDF implementations and Kannada localisations remain S3KN's intellectual property.

Limitation of Liability

• S3KN provides the platform on an "as-is" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service.
• S3KN shall not be liable for loss arising from inaccurate NIC portal data, user input errors, or decisions made based on generated reports.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period.

Data Privacy & DPDP Act Compliance

Your personal data is processed under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). By accepting these Terms, you consent to data processing as described in our Privacy Policy and acknowledge your rights as a Data Principal.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vijayapur, Karnataka, India.

Changes to These Terms

S3KN may modify these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date and notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
